Premier is selling its clinical technology services business to Aramark Corp., Philadelphia, for approximately $100 million in cash. Under the agreement, Aramark, a provider of managed services including food, facility and other support services as well as uniform and career apparel, will continue to deliver technology management and equipment maintenance and repair services to the unit's existing 180 healthcare clients.
