A state-by-state report card assessing the status of women's health criticizes the quality and availability of services for women. The report cared was produced by the National Women's Law Center, FOCUS on Health & Leadership for Women at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and The Lewin Group.
Of 25 benchmarks studies, 10 were missed and only one met by all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The report card highlights shortcomings in access, insurance coverage and wellness programs.
