MODERN HEALTHCARE, in conjunction with the American Institute of Architects' Academy of Architecture for Health, is sponsoring the magazine's 15th annual Design Awards competition.
The program honors excellence in the design and planning of built and unbuilt healthcare facilities.
All types and sizes of patient-care-related facilities are eligible for submission. These include, but are not limited to, hospitals, ambulatory-care centers, medical office buildings and extended-care facilities. Additions and renovations to such facilities can also be submitted. The competition is open to registered architects or firms that employ registered architects.
MODERN HEALTHCARE and the AIA are proud to announce Neoforma.com's involvement in this year's competition. The company will be showcasing the winning facilities on its Web site, using its panoramic technology.
Stories about the award winners will appear in the Oct. 23 issue of this magazine.
