Integrated Health Services last month reached a one-year agreement with
Prudential HealthCare, which is now offering the post-acute company's services to its 5 million enrollees nationwide.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
Prudential, a Rosebud, N.J.-based division of Prudential Insurance Co., operates managed-care plans in 40 metropolitan markets. Owings Mills, Md.-based IHS has 2,000 post-acute locations in 47 states and annual revenues of about $3.3 billion.
