ST. CLOUD, Minn.-CentraCare, an integrated system of 65 physicians and a 355-bed hospital, plans to buy the assets of Women's and Children's Medical Center for undisclosed terms. The center is a clinic of 20 physicians specializing in obstetrics, gynecology and pediatric services; three certified nurse midwives; and five nurse practitioners. The transaction is expected to be completed June 1. CentraCare was formed through the 1995 merger of St. Cloud Hospital and the St. Cloud Clinic of Internal Medicine.
