Three physician practice management companies have announced stock offerings.Last week, Physician Reliance Network said it will launch a secondary offering of 2.6 million shares of common stock, of which 2.3 million are offered by the company and 300,000 are offered by a stockholder. The Dallas-based company manages 75 outpatient oncology centers.Dallas-based OccuSystems, which operates occupational health centers in 13 states, sold more than 1.8 million sha res of common stock at $21.50 per share. All the shares were sold by one stockholder, Travelers Indemnity Insurance Co.In mid-March, Birmingham, Ala.-based MedPartners/Mullikin raised about $200 million in a secondary offering. Sha reholders also sold 1.6 million shares at $30.25 per share.MedPartners/Mullikin, which manages group practices and independent practice associations in 23 states, also moved to the New York Stock Exchange in March, trading under the symbol MDM. It had been trading on the NASDAQ system.
