HINSDALE, Ill.-Two hospitals in Hinsdale Health System have restructured under a new management agreement. GlenOaks Hospital and Medical Center in Glendale Heights, Ill., and Hinsdale Hospital will combine several departments, incl uding finance, patient business offices, purchasing and information services. Executives at both hospitals now will report directly to Ron Sackett, president of Hinsdale Health System. Gary Irish, former GlenOaks chief executive of ficer, has been named vice president for primary care and network development at Hinsdale Hospital, while Jorge Heyde, vice president of Hinsdale Hospital, was named GlenOaks' chief operating officer. The system expects to save $60 0,000 annually through the new management agreement. "Cost efficiencies, coordinated delivery of care and opportunities with managed-care entities are the resulting benefits of this agreement," Sackett said.
