Robert Green, former chairman and chief executive officer of Vivra, has resigned from the company's board of directors. He will be replaced by LeAnne Zumwalt, Vivra's vice president of finance.
Mr. Green, 62, founded Vivra in 1989 after the San Francisco-based outpatient dialysis services company spun off from Community Psychiatric Centers. He served as Vivra's chairman until resigning in June.
Prior to his involvement with Vivra, Mr. Green had been chairman of CPC, now based in Las Vegas.
