The New York City Health and Hospitals Corp. plans to reorganize its central office, which employs 1,200 workers. Details of the interim plan were to be announced late last week. The reorganization is part of HHC's plan to trim a projected $189.8 million deficit from a total budget of $3.5 billion for fiscal 1995. HHC operates 16 hospitals, clinics and the city's ambulance service.
