Kenneth W. Creasman has been named chief executive officer of Community Care of America, a newly formed nursing home chain based in Naples, Fla.
Mr. Creasman most recently was executive vice president of the healthcare sales and marketing group at ServiceMaster, Downers Grove, Ill.
CCA was formed through the efforts of Robert Elkins, M.D., Integrated Health Services' president and chief executive officer; it recently received $60 million in financing from Health and Rehabilitation Properties Trust, a Newton, Mass.-based real estate investment trust (Dec. 20/27, 1993, p. 18). CCA operates 28 nursing facilities in six states with 2,245 beds.
