While with Intermountain Healthcare, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President for Kidney Services, he was instrumental in transforming how kidney care is delivered through the development of the first kidney program of its kind. He was accountable for the day-to-day business operations of the kidney program, including development and implementation of the first Intermountain Kidney Clinic, system kidney care optimization efforts and program rationalization to support the move to value-based care. 

David Henner, DO
Nephrologist, Medical Director and Administrator of Dialysis
Berkshire Medical Center (BMC)

Dr. Henner is a Nephrologist, and the medical director and administrator of Dialysis at Berkshire Medical Center (BMC) in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. He also serves as the medical director and administrator of Dialysis at BMC South County Dialysis Center, BMC North County Dialysis Center, and Southwestern Vermont Medical Center Dialysis Center. In addition, Dr. Henner currently serves as the division chief of Nephrology at Berkshire Medical Center. He completed his Nephrology Fellowship in 2003 at New York University (NYU). Prior to that, he graduated from Medical School at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 1998 and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 2001.

Prior to joining Outset Medical, Chad was Division Vice President, Heart Failure Therapies at Abbott.
