A: The deadlines for 2013 award submisssions is July 8, 2013.
Q: How do I nominate someone?
A: To participate, please complete the initial nomination form. You will then receive information on how to submit via email the candidate's resume along with a letter of no more than three double-spaced pages outlining the nominee's credentials, accomplishments and leadership qualities. Each submission must include a high resolution digital color photo of the nominee as well as his or her age.
