Q: When is the call for entries?
A: Call for entries begins on December 21, 2009
Q: What are the criteria?
A: The candidate must have:
Successfully served as a leader or managed an organization or company.
Shown the ability or power to effect change in the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated a willingness to share expertise with others in the field.
Served as a role model or mentor to other minority healthcare executives.
Assumed a leadership position in the industry outside of the candidate's own organization or company.
Q: How do I nominate someone?
A: To nominate a candidate for this awards and honors program, send a detailed letter explaining how the candidate meets or exceeds the five criteria. Please include the candidate's resume or curriculum vitae and a color photo. Please send the nomination package to:
