This Excel spreadsheet includes all data collected from Modern Healthcare's Survey of Executive Opinions on Supply Chain Issues, conducted online from April 30 through June 29. The information is presented in aggregate based on the opinions of healthcare executives who responded in the survey for the following 25 questions:
