From economic development to employee retention, this program will benefit individuals, organizations and the healthcare industry. Here you can explore what makes each company one of the best places to work in healthcare through data we have collected from the survey over the past three years.

The Impact Advisors Leadership Team truly values our individual skills and talent that we bring to the team and they celebrate our individual and team successes in multiple ways - High Impact Awards, Winner Dinners, and personal notes of recognition.
Our annual employee retreat (Impact Palooza) where each employee is invited to bring a guest of their choice and enjoy a time of fellowship and team-building, as well as participate in informative presentations about the past work year and the year ahead.
Our leadership cares about our opinions, offering informal internal surveys that provide us with the opportunity to share our input and opinions. We then hear the results of the survey and the associated actions being taken in response to our feedback.
We offer 3 additional PTO days to each employee specifically for Volunteer/Community Service time.
Earlier this year, our organization hired a dedicated resource to focus on the aspects of Firm Culture & Associate Satisfaction. This resource is referred to as our "Happiologist."
Each month, we are invited to a "Winner Webinar" which is a free offering to all employees. These 1.5 hour webinars are hosted by various knowledge experts on timely topics, coordinated by our Discovery & Development Team.
