What Employees Love About Baptist Memorial Hospital - Union City
Great team building activities throughout the year but especially during National Hospital Week. We have an entire week full of fun activities for the hospital staff and the community.
Quarterly Service First Champions (Excellent Cust Service). Employees can nominate their teammates to receive this award. All nominated are celebrated with a reception while the quarterly winner receives a cash prize and lunch with our corporate CEO.
Yearly Service Awards Banquets - Every year those employees that are celebrating their 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 or 40 year anniversaries are honored with a banquet in their honor. They receive a nice meal and gift in appreciation of years of service.
We have several weight loss programs throughout the year, for singles and for teams. Some have won up to $1000 per couple for their hard work.
Employee Recognition Programs - When employees are witnessed doing a great job or going above and beyond - They are rewarded with either "Munchin' Money" to be used in the Cafeteria or other Baptist Merchandise as a "Thanks for your hard work".
In this current economy as many employers have been forced to cut health and retirement benefits, we still are able to offer a nice & affordable benefit package including matching of up to 2 times their contribution (based on years of service).
