Q: How do I enter?
A: The 2012 Call for Nominations period opens February, 13, 2012.
Q: Is there a paticipation fee?
A: There is no fee to participate, however a nominal fee is charged for the use of paper surveys.
Q: When is the deadline?
A: The entry deadline is May 4, 2012.
Q: What type of questions are asked?
A: The program collects information from both the employer and employees and is open to all companies (providers, suppliers, payers) with at least 25 employees.
Employers complete a survey detailing:
- Company policies/practices
- Benefits
- Demographics
Employees are asked an in-depth set of questions that result in an analysis in 8 core areas:
- Leadership and planning
- Culture and communications
- Role satisfaction
- Working environment
- Relationship with supervisor
- Training and development
- Pay and benefits
- Overall satisfaction
Q: What do you get for entering?
A: Participating companies will receive a one-page "Employer Benchmark Summary" for free, and will have the opportunity to purchase the full "Employee Feedback Report" that provides valuable data including: a spreadsheet summarizing employee feedback, written employee comments, healthcare benchmark information.
