Q: When is the deadline?
A: Information about the 2010 program is not yet available. Promotion (ads in Modern Healthcare, etc.) will run once the program is open. Expect this to take place in April/May of 2010, with a June entry deadline.
Q: What type of questions are asked?
A: The program collects information from both the employer and employees and is open to all companies (providers, suppliers, payers) with at least 25 employees.
Employers complete a survey detailing:
Company policies/practices
Benefits
Demographics
Employees are asked an in-depth set of questions that result in an analysis in 8 core areas:
Leadership and planning
Culture and communications
Role satisfaction
Working environment
Relationship with supervisor
Training and development
Pay and benefits
Overall satisfaction
Q: What do you get for entering?
A: Participating companies will receive a one-page "Participation Report" for free, and will have the opportunity to purchase the full "Assessment Feedback Report" that provides valuable data including: a spreadsheet summarizing employee feedback, written employee comments, healthcare benchmark information and a 30-minute webinar entitled, "Getting the Most out of your Workplace Assessment."
