Up to 1,800 patients' records were inappropriately viewed, UnityPoint Health says

Someone gained unauthorized access to records of up to 1,800 people who were patients at UnityPoint Health hospitals, the company said today. West Des Moines-based UnityPoint, which used to be called Iowa Health System, operates hospitals and clinics throughout Iowa and in parts of Illinois.
