Q: What are the criteria for nomination?
A: Nominations are accepted from all industry sectors. Anyone can be nominated.

Q: When is the call for entries, what are the voting deadlines and how does the voting work?
A: Nominate candidates from March 18 through April 19, 2013.
You will then be able to vote for five nominees from the final ballot from May 6 through June 14, 2013.
The top 100 candidates (50% coming from user voting and 50% from Modern Healthcare editors) will make up the final ranking.

Q: Is there a fee to enter/nominate?
A: No fee required.

Q: Why do I have to vote for 5 nominees?
A: Requiring you to choose 5 nominees reduces the effect of orchestrated campaigns that skew the results towards any one nominee.

Q: How and when will the winners be announced?
A: 2013 winners will be announced in the August 26, 2013 issue of Modern Healthcare and on ModernHealthcare.com
