Modern Healthcare and Ad Age are proud to announce the finalists for the inaugural Healthcare Marketing IMPACT Awards.
The Healthcare Marketing IMPACT Awards are designed to recognize healthcare's best advertising, marketing, promotion and communication campaigns on and across all media platforms. The awards honor campaigns that advance provider, insurer, supplier and advocacy group efforts to deliver high quality, affordable and accessible healthcare; promote the health of individual patients, groups and communities; and help organizations thrive and grow in today's rapidly changing healthcare environment.
In addition, each year Modern Healthcare and Advertising Age will bestow three prestigious Publishers' Awards, The Healthcare Marketing Visionary IMPACT Award, The Healthcare Marketing Agency of the Year Award and the Best in Show Award.
The Healthcare Marketing Visionary IMPACT Award will be given to an outstanding individual who has effectively and ethically advanced public understanding of healthcare issues and made lasting contributions to the industry over the course of his or her career. Their efforts may have spanned many media and work environments, but will have consistently demonstrated an ability to communicate complex healthcare information in a manner that was compelling, effective, reliable and responsible. Through their leadership, the individual and the organizations with which they were affiliated built solid reputations and made lasting contributions to the healthcare industry.
The Healthcare Marketing Agency of the Year Award will be given to an agency that has demonstrated an ability to understand the complex issues related to our healthcare delivery system, distill critical communication points and translate those into marketing campaigns that achieve objectives, while demonstrating a culture and commitment to supporting healthcare causes within their community.
Our Best in Show Award will be chosen from the top award winners from each category and division for the entry that best demonstrated how impact and results can be obtained without sacrificing integrity in messaging.
The Healthcare Marketing IMPACT Awards Celebration will be the held in Chicago on September 23 as a part of the activities at the Modern Healthcare Strategic Marketing Conference, presented by Modern Healthcare. The evening will include a networking reception and dinner as well as advance copies of the special section that will be included in the September 29 issue of Modern Healthcare, highlighting our award winners.
