A healthcare system that includes a Terre Haute, Ind., hospital says it will cut 150 jobs by the end of the year.

The Tribune-Star reports the cuts represent 5% of Union Health System's 3,000 employees.

Union announced the cuts in a letter to its employees dated Thursday. The letter from chief executive Pat Board says Union must reduce its costs by an estimated $200 million by 2020 to remain financially strong.
