Audax Health, a Washington-based health IT company that offers social-media applications to help consumers manage their health, has named four new members to its executive team.
The firm named Camille Watson, chief marketing officer; Tom Perrault, chief people officer; Dr. Dogu Celebi, senior VP of informatics; and Phil Harker, senior VP of client development and operations. None of their ages were provided. The moves will assist in the company's planned expansion this year, according to the company.
“Our most valuable asset is our talented, passionate and creative employees,”
Audax founder and CEO Grant Verstandig said in the release. “I'm confident that the unmatched expertise of Camille, Tom, Dogu, and Phil in their respective fields will be instrumental to our company's ongoing mission to create a more dynamic and engaging experience for individuals who wish to accomplish healthier outcomes.”
Watson was VP of marketing and communications at LivingSocial, the Washington-based online discounter. Perrault served as VP of human resources at Meebo, Mountain View, Calif., which developed instant messaging and other social-media applications before being purchased last year by Google. Celebi, a clinical epidemiologist by training, most recently worked at OptumInsight, an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based health IT company. Harker also was part of the leadership team at OptumInsight and Ingenix.
