Alliance Healthcare Solutions, Rocklin, Calif., and Final Support, Bedford, Texas; both value-added resellers of GE Healthcare electronic health-record and practice-management systems, have merged to form a new company, Quatris, the companies have announced.

Terms of the agreement between the privately held companies were not announced. The merger met with approval from GE.

“GE Healthcare looks forward to continuing to work closely with Quatris as this combined organization extends its reach to grow the Centricity business,” Jack Salerno, general manager of commercial channels at GE Healthcare, said in a news release.

Quatris will maintain offices in Bedford, as well as the three former Alliance offices in Rocklin; Fort Wayne, Ind.; and Kailua, Hawaii, according to the news release.
