Amplion Clinical Communications named Tom Stephenson president and COO.
Stephenson, 51, comes to Nashville, Tenn.-based Amplion after two decades at Health Management Systems, most recently as CEO, according to a
news release. He also has served on the boards of the Nashville Technology Council and the Nashville Health Care Council.
Amplion, formerly Dalcon, provides wireless patient-care communication technology.
“Tom comes to Amplion at a great time,” Chairman and CEO David Condra said. “We are moving quickly to advance patient safety and satisfaction at healthcare facilities across the country.
