Minneapolis-based 7 Medical Systems, a developer of cloud-based digital imaging, revenue cycle management and electronic health-records systems has announced the acquisition of HealthLink Minnesota Management Group, which provides outsourced revenue cycle and practice management consulting and other IT services to clinics in the Twin Cities area, the company has announced.
HealthLink, with an office and data center in Edin, Minn., employs 33 people, who all will be retained following the acquisition,
according to a news release.
"We were looking to expand our revenue cycle management business, and we were already collaborating with HealthLink in terms of shared customers," said 7 Medical CEO Jason Studsrud, in the statement.
Terms of the agreement were undisclosed.
