Recondo Technology, a Greenwood Village, Colo.-based vendor of revenue-cycle software and services, has acquired Electronic Health Claims Solutions, a developer of tools for electronic data interchange.
Financial details about the deal were not disclosed in a
news release from Recondo. Kenneth Bush, eHC's president, said in the release that combining the company's products "will ensure accuracy and speed both cash flow and payment for hospital providers." Recondo serves more than 450 U.S. hospitals and more than 500 payers, according to the release.
In February,
Recondo announced the acquisition of Lakeland, Fla.-based revenue-cycle management and recovery company Trilogi.
