Sutherland Global Services, a business process and technology management company, reached a definitive agreement to acquire financial technology services company Apollo Health Street. The deal is valued at approximately $200 million, according to a Sutherland spokesman.

Apollo Health Street, Conshohocken, Pa., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals Group, an India-based hospital company, according to a news release.

The company's acquisition by Sutherland, based in Rochester, N.Y., is expected to close in February.
