Lavelle, a 20-year veteran of the healthcare industry, has worked at several consulting firms, including Cap Gemini and Accenture, according to a Compressus news release. He also is a career coach and author.

Compressus' MedXConnect software platform integrates patient medical information and is designed to manage healthcare organizations' medical imaging workflow.
