HealthcareSource, a Woburn, Mass.-based provider of healthcare talent management software, has acquired NetLearning, a Knoxville, Tenn.-based healthcare software vendor, according to a
news release.
The deal gives HealthcareSource more than 2,000 clients, the company said. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed. NetLearning will become a HealthcareSource division, with offices remaining in Knoxville and in Clifton Park, N.Y.
"The addition of NetLearning to the HealthcareSource product portfolio will allow us to continue to provide our clients with great software and content that solves common challenges in healthcare." HealthcareSource President and CEO Peter Segall said in the release.
The deal allows HealthcareSource to acquire the NetLearning Management System.
"Our companies are very similar—both focused exclusively on healthcare; both developed close relationships with clients; and both have maintained very high client satisfaction," NetLearning Vice President Will Passano said in the release.
