Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals named Richard Webster to succeed David McQuaid as COO.
McQuaid succeeded Thomas Lewis as Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals' president in July.
Webster was previously hospital VP and service line administrator for the Philadelphia-based two-campus hospital, a role he held for seven years, Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals said in an announcement.
Webster, a nurse, was previously an assistant VP and nurse manager. He will oversee hospital operations. His age was not available at deadline.
