Cybergistics, a Neptune, N.J.-based information management company specializing in health IT issues such as the ICD-10 transition, announced that Larry Bell has joined the company as head of business development.
Bell, whose age was unavailable, previously was a proprietary trader at Deutsche Bank and director of Newedge Securities, according to a Cybergistics news release. The name of his predecessor at the company was unavailable.
Financial firm Witherspoon Partners, Princeton, N.J., announced in October that it had
acquired majority equity ownership of the company for undisclosed terms.
