Erlanger Health System, Chattanooga, Tenn., will see changes to its leadership team after the departure of two executives.
The system, which owns Erlanger Medical Center and four other campuses, said it would make an announcement “in the coming days” about its plans to replace Lynn Whisman, its COO and chief nursing officer.
Whisman resigned from her position this month. She joined Erlanger in 2007 as VP of patient care services and also served as senior VP and CNO before her most recent promotion.
