One Call Medical, a Parsippany, N.J.-based provider of diagnostic scheduling networks, has acquired Harbor Health Systems, Irvine, Calif.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed in a news release announcing the acquisition. Harbor Health Systems markets custom medical networks and healthcare software and services such as data management and provider scorecards, contracting and credentialing, according to the company's website. One Call Medical develops and manages diagnostic scheduling networks for radiology and neurodiagnostic procedures.
