Mid-Michigan Health, Midland, Mich., selected
Diane Postler-Slattery as president and CEO.
Postler-Slattery, 53, leaves her post as president and COO at Aspirus Wausau (Wis.) Hospital where she spent 24 years in various capacities, including chief patient care executive, director of human resources and vice president of administration. Her last day there is Nov. 21, and she starts at Mid-Michigan on Dec. 10. After a transition period she will replace Richard Reynolds, who announced in July he planned to retire in early 2013.
“It's hard to overstate how much Diane means to this organization,” Aspirus President and CEO Duane Erwin said in a news release. “Her energy and vision has helped develop Aspirus Wausau Hospital into a tremendous regional healthcare resource. Just as important, though, is how many lives she touched at work and in the community.”
