In a video news interview in the Charlotte, N.C., area where Democrats were holding their nominating convention, Sister Simone Campbell describes the Nuns on a Bus tour she conceived to tell Americans that they would suffer under the budget written by Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), now Mitt Romney's running mate. Campbell, executive director of the Roman Catholic social justice organization Network, addressed the convention Sept. 5 and says the GOP Medicare plan is a giveaway to insurers at the expense of seniors.
