The company will now offer LTAC, rehabilitation, outpatient and comprehensive wound-care services in the city, according to the statement.</p>]]></block><block><![CDATA[<p>Karen Pitcher, CEO of Promise LTAC, will remain in the same role following the conversion to Warm Springs.</p><p>The seller of the LTAC, Promise Healthcare, said several organizations had expressed interest in buying Promise Hospital of San Antonio before Post Acute Medical was selected as the buyer.</p>]]></block>			</body.content>		<body.end>			<tagline typ="std" />		</body.end>	</body></nitf>
