In a video interview near the grounds of the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla., Dr. Vivek Murthy, co-founder and president of the pro-healthcare reform law group Doctors for America, said discussion of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act should focus on the law's policies rather than on politics. Murthy also said that the U.S. healthcare system needs to rethink how physicians are reimbursed.
