Regarding: Exclusive interview: Rep. Paul Ryan discusses need for 'market-based' health reform:

“Market-based healthcare” is a euphemism for two-tiered healthcare: One tier for the wealthy and the other for those who cannot pay.

No where in Ryan's plan does he even attempt to address the costs of healthcare, which are rising at three times the rate of inflation. And the only ones who are benefitting are the insurance companies!
