Regarding: Exclusive interview: Rep. Paul Ryan discusses need for 'market-based' health reform: I wonder how much Rep. Paul Ryan has studied healthcare economics. I'm a few years past my MHA but still remember that the economics of the, say, new car market, don't hold with the hospital market.
I can clearly make a decision as to whether to buy a Ford or a Mercedes. I can't really see the Ford or the Mercedes versions of a spinal surgery.
