Modern Healthcare Washington Bureau Chief Jessica Zigmond interviewed Rep. Phil Gingrey (R-Ga.) outside the U.S. Supreme Court June 28 after the court upheld the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Gingrey, co-chair of the Doctors Caucus, said he was "shocked" by the outcome. He also predicted it would rally his party's voters to elect a Republican majority in the Senate and put Mitt Romney in the White House, who together would repeal the law.
