The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act included $9.5 billion over five years to expand services at health centers. The law, which has been challenged before the Supreme Court, also includes $1.5 billion for health-center construction and renovation, according to HHS.

The agency released lists of building-capacity awards and facility-improvement awards.
