Poor prognosis for reform law?

According to a Modern Healthcare online poll, more than 80% of respondents expect the U.S. Supreme Court to strike down parts of the healthcare reform law or the entire law when the justices rule in June.

Poll question: The Supreme Court has wrapped up three days of arguments on the constitutionality of the healthcare reform law. What do you think the high court will do?

Uphold some provisions while striking down others: 46%

Strike down all of the law: 36%

Uphold the law in its entirety: 18%
