U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius say they are confident the Supreme Court will uphold the healthcare reform law, and Holder said that President Barack Obama hasn't gone out of bounds in his remarks about the possibility that the justices will reach a different result. The officials appeared April 4 at a healthcare fraud summit in Chicago.
