Jay Meyers has been named vice president of business development for Care Team Connect, an Evanston, Ill.-based company that markets a Web-based care coordination platform for use by accountable care organizations, patient-centered medical homes and other groups targeting patient care across settings.
Meyers, 38, joined Care Team Connect from Availity, a health information network based in Jacksonville, Fla., where he most recently served as director of payer sales and strategy, according to
a news release.
Care Team Connect also named Jeremy Hogg vice president of sales and marketing. Hogg, 32, will be based in the company's new office in Nashville, according to a news release. Hogg was previously vice president of sales for Medkinetics, a Franklin, Tenn.-based company that specializes in credentialing and quality-improvement software.
