AmerisourceBergen Corp. said that Michael DiCandilo, executive vice president and chief financial officer for 10 years, left the drug distribution and services company.
DiCandilo, who worked for AmerisourceBergen for 21 years, is pursuing “other interests,” the Valley Forge, Pa.-based company said in a news release.
Tim Guttman, vice president and corporate controller, has been named acting CFO while the company conducts a search for a new CFO. The ages for DiCandilo and Guttman were not immediately available.
AmerisourceBergen announced two deals in September, including its acquisition of
TheraCom, a CVS Caremark Corp. subsidiary that offers consulting services to drug manufacturers, and
IntrinsiQ, an oncology software company.
