McKesson Corp. announced that it has acquired PeerVue, a Sarasota, Fla.-based provider of medical imaging work-flow and communication programs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
McKesson stated in a
news release that it expects the acquisition to expand the company's site-specific enterprise imaging and information management holdings.
Last month, McKesson announced that it had signed an agreement to
buy two business units of Canadian drugstore operator the Katz Group and assume joint ownership of the company's pharmacy software program.
