IncentOne, Lyndhurst, N.J., named Hedy Foreman and David Guda to the newly created roles of COO and chief technology officer. The consumer incentive technology company also named Courtney Fawcett as CFO.
A spokeswoman declined to name Fawcett's predecessor. Foreman previously was senior vice president and chief information officer for Dialog Health, according to an
IncentOne news release. No information was available on Guda's most recent position, a spokeswoman said. Guda worked with Foreman for nine years, according to a news release, and previously worked for Altria, Pepsi and Lifetime Television. Fawcett was previously a private-equity consultant and worked with Health Dialog as a senior finance manager.
IncentOne offers a platform to reward individuals for engaging in health-promoting activities. The company also tracks for clients’ eligibility data, medical costs, prescription costs, condition-specific costs and activity data.
