SAI Global, a provider of compliance, risk-management and information services for a variety of industries including healthcare, has completed its acquisition of software vendor Compliance 360, according to a news release (PDF).

SAI Global announced the planned deal—expected to add $17.9 million in revenue for the company in fiscal 2013—in January. Atlanta-based Compliance 360 offers enterprise governance, risk management, compliance and audit-management software-as-a-service tools. The company will maintain its operations in Atlanta and will operate as a business line of SAI Global's compliance division, according to a Compliance 360 news release (PDF) issued when the acquisition was announced.
