A Jan. 31 item, "Pascal Metrics names Classen co-CMIO," gave incorrect titles for Dr. David Classen and Dr. Allan Frankel of Pascal Metrics. Classen is Pascal Metrics' only chief medical information officer; Frankel is co-chief medical officer.
