Former Intermountain Healthcare Vice President Dr. David Classen has been hired as chief medical information officer of Pascal Metrics, a Washington-based provider of cloud-based healthcare analytics and software that aims to enhance quality and safety.
Classen, 55, will oversee Pascal Metrics services aimed at preventing patient harm, hospital readmissions and adverse events, according to a
company news release.
Pascal Metrics also announced that it hired Stanley Pestotnik, 57, founder and former CEO of
healthcare analytics company TheraDoc, as senior adviser to company CEO Drew Ladner.
